RG Castings Group offers three casting techniques under one roof with a diverse range of aluminium and copper alloys.

Sand Casting

Sand casting is a metal casting process in which sand is used as the mould material. This casting technique is ideal for piecework and medium-size series and is even suitable for more complicated pieces.

Gravity Die Casting

Gravity die casting is a casting process in which molten metal is poured into a metal mould. This casting technique is suitable for series production and requires minimum finishing.

High-pressure casting

High-pressure casting or injection moulding involves pouring molten metal into a metal mould under high pressure. The casting process is fully automatic, offering consistent product quality and high production speed.
